Mazda RX-7 in Underground 2

Fandom calls the FD the drift car. I do not turn that into a universal ranking.

Unlock and published figures

The NFS Fandom article for the Mazda RX-7 (FD3S) says the unlock is: Complete URL Race 10 in Stage 4. I use that sentence as the obtain line. The car article does not print an in-game price, so I leave that cell empty. Stock numbers on the same article: 0-60 in 4.9 seconds, top speed 155.0 mph, 255.7 bhp, 215.9 lb-ft. The upgraded row reads 3.12 seconds, 213.0 mph and 441.6 bhp. Drivetrain RWD. The article ties the model to a 1995 1.3 L twin-turbo rotary (13B-REW) 2-door coupe. Region on the roster: All regions. Stage label: 4.

How I use this article

For the Mazda RX-7 (FD3S) the model article supplies the numerical specification; the roster supplies availability. Both belong to NFS Fandom and count as one publisher source. The job I will defend is Drift / handling. A different car's article does not get to overwrite that.

The engine line is a 1.3 liter 13B-REW. Upgraded 0-60 on the article is 3.12 seconds. Shift points for drag live on the drag guide. This page does not invent a dyno chart.

RX-7 use differs from the RX-8

The RX-7 and RX-8 are separate Mazda entries with different career unlocks and specification rows. This page concerns the RX-7, so an RX-8 drag setup should not be copied across merely because both use rotary-engine branding. The rear-wheel-drive RX-7 is commonly discussed for drag and drift, but the public specifications do not establish one optimal gear ratio for both disciplines. The unlock line is the reliable starting point for a player who cannot yet buy it. Once available, compare the races still outstanding rather than treating a late unlock as proof of superiority. The stock and upgraded figures above come from the model article, and any claimed tuned result needs its own setup description.

Evidence for the figures

The model article and roster are from the same publisher; listing both links does not create a second independent source.
