LAN can break when wrappers stack. Keep a clean backup of the game folder.
The order I recommend
My cautious starting order, based on the linked project requirements, is: official patch 1.2, ThirteenAG widescreen fix with its ASI loader, Extra Options, Unlimiter, then a single content pack. Visual names people search are the HD texture pack, an upscaled HUD, Redux textures and RTX Remix.
RTX Remix is a different stack: Remix, a bridge, DXVK and a widescreen fix, and its author recommends an RTX-capable GPU. It is not a drag-and-drop folder. I link ModDB and NFSMods. I do not rehost their archives.
