What I found instead
NFSMods Extra Options exposes debug customization and unlock switches. The hackch save editor maps performance parts and unique-performance flags inside a 54966-byte career file.
A parts modifier has circulated on other sites. I will not recommend it while its version and author trail are unclear. If a maintained project publishes under the exact name people search, this page should link that release and drop the gap.
