What the tool edits
The project page says the editor runs in the browser, changes the driver name, money, car slots, mapped performance parts and unique-performance flags, and rewrites the checksum when you download the file.
A second browser tool at nfsu2.divon.eu offers garage presets. I name it as a second tool, not as an EA utility. Either one can damage a career if the file was the wrong size. Copy the folder first.
