Resolution
Run NFSU2 full screen at 1080p or higher
Set the aspect ratio with the widescreen fix first. Then raise the resolution. Stacking both INI edits blindly is how HUDs break.
Order of operations
I treat ThirteenAG as the aspect-ratio tool and Extra Options as the resolution and borderless tool. PCGamingWiki lists both. If you only change the desktop to 1440p and leave the game at 4:3, you get a stretched image, which is the other page.
Write down the INI values you change. The next mod that also wraps dinput8 will overwrite them. The mods page has the install order.
